What’s really enlightening, is the fact that every time there is a general investigation, there is training that comes out about it weeks after. It’s almost like you are admitting that your not training managers correctly. You find errors and find that you haven’t given enough support and then go for someone to blame, and then come out guns blazing whilst micro managing multiple employees out of the business that you worked so hard to build up. Went into Milton Brown to smell some perfumes today 13/11/23 at around 6pm and was greeted by a young lad who was kind, he was very knowledgeable and helped us find scents we would like the most. We didn’t buy anything unfortunately but I have definitely found a few new favourite scents all thanks to him and will definitely be buying online.

Visiting from Canada and visited the store to checkout fragrances. We were greeted and looked after by Star and he was absolutely fantastic. His product knowledge, he was personable and an all round great guy.Molton Brown need to look after this young man he is talented!

If I could give zero stars I would. This used to be a really premium service store, sadly it no longer is. Tried to visit a couple of times recently on Saturday evening and it's been closed way before other stores. The last time I visited store the staff showed no interest in service at all so I left empty handed and spent my money in Jo Malone instead, much better service there.

Went to molton brown in Meadowhall today and star who served us was superb, his customer service skills were exceptional, he was attentive to detail when packing our products, he sprayed our packaging tissue with perfume, our overall experience in this molton brown store was exceptional and star was an asset to the store. We will 100% be back for future purchases. Thank you star for 5* service.

Went into the store yesterday about 3pm, it was so quiet, and the lovely assistant 'Star'; really was a star, he went above and beyond to not only show us the products, but to also explain the tones etc.we left with smells on card, and I have decided to go back and purchase one of the samples he gave me. Lovely man who represented your store beautifully, he knew what he was talking about, and made us feel very special. Thanks Star
