Lovely Hygienist. Very professional. Gave me lots of tips and advice about keeping my gums clean and clear of plaque. Looking forward to seeing her again next year.

My daughter who is 4 had an appointment with Megan and dental nurse and reception staff were absolutely amazing as well the dentist as a mother I am nervous about dentist and they made me feel at ease which made it easier for me to attend my appointment the following day where again reception staff and dentist and dental nurse were amazing at making with feel at ease with the dental treatment I needed I would defentialy recommend to anyone with small children or are nervous to attend this practice I have had no issues in my time there. I've had a lot of health issues which has lead to me having to cancel quite a few appointments and have had no issues rearranging and each time was dealt politely and professional even though sometimes it was quite short notice they were understanding.

The dentist was lovely. Took the time to check my clicking painful jaw". She suggested I see the hygienist. Which I did. Since then I have had sore gums left side Unpleasant and some discomfort. On a positive note she was attentive and caring."

Called the practice this morning at 9.00 with pain.The receptionist was so helpful and did everything she could to shuffle things around to fit me in.I have been a patient with the practice for years and always had good experiences with any of the dentists I have seen.Keep doing what your doing Brockley Houuse

Megan was fantastic on Tuesday when extracting a cracked molar. She was incredibly reassuring, it was painless and U even managed to have a giggle or two with her and the technicians which helped relax me. A shout- out too for her receptionist, she was welcoming and very friendly also.

My Partner, who is in agony from a cracked tooth, called Brockley House after a referral from 111. She got through to a receptionist who said, 'No problem at all' we will give you a call back to see if we can book you in.'After waiting for several hours, and trying to call back 5 times, she was unable to get through.I called instead on my mobile, and the call was answered immediately by a Receptionist named Tabitha. I asked what they were doing with the call-back for my Partner and 'there was a note saying that we don't take referrals from 111'. They had zero intention of calling her back, and the receptionist simply said, 'We shouldn't have promised to call back'.EDIT - Since writing this review, I received an apology from Tracie Dubbs (Practice Manager) within 24 hours privately, who explained the correct procedure and assured me that steps would be taken to prevent this from happening in the future. I am happy this is resolved.

Excellent, very helpful at reception.Had an appointment with the lady upstairs and she was beyond helpful and I felt in good hands when having an extraction (something I was very nervous about)

Excellent service from my hygienist. I see my hygienist every three months. She has spent time giving me advice on oral hygiene. Thankfully my gums and teeth are now very healthy. Excellent dental practice.
