Just after calling to Angie and Sinéad for a brand new wedding set.Talked us through buying the perfect set,replacing the old set which kept losing stones even though we only got married last week. Advised us to replace it instead of throwing €€€€ replacing stones probably weekly.

Awful customer service! Wanted to buy gold ring today and maybe some earrings, asked staff to show me what they have, instead of showing what they have and offer me something, they offered me to walk out from the shop and just take a look on a display outside the shop. They made me feel like I wasn't worthy of the goods from their store. In a word, it's just awful!

Was in the shop during the week, and bought a new ring, the lady who served me was very helpful and showed a variety of different styles and rings to me, as a person who doesn't wear jewellery often, this was my 1st purchase of a ring, I was so impressed with the guidance, advice and help!
