Do not recommend this place.Very poor desk custromer service I paid £100 for nothing as the receptionist booked me for the cleaning which I didn’t ask for.If you have money to waste go there.

Dr Helen and her assistant were honestly the kindest dentists I've ever dealt with. I was incredibly nervous removing an infected tooth after my wisdom tooth damaged it. Dr Helen is highly knowledgeable and straight up gave me all the options and her recommendations, she didn't water anything down but somehow was very empathetic at the same time.She has the patience of a saint and can have a laugh without compromising her professionalism.I am writing this review with no interest in the 10% discount, I am genuinely happy with their service.Polish dentistry seems to be where it's at, man.

Booked an emergency appointment because no ability to get one with NHS.Booking process was really easy, reception lady polite and friendly,I get an appointment on same day.Doctor made some X-RAYs and explained everything very clearly and done some emergency job.Thank you Poldent!

I was almost to fight the receptionist.She spent less then 10 minutes and changed me £100 for cleaning but I didn’t see any change only my back account

I always had bad experiences with dentist and I went to see how it’s Poldent and I was very impressed by ladies at reception very welcoming and helpful, Dr Anna very professional, amazing job she did for me and I want to go again to complete all the treatments. Highly recommend it

We go to Poland with the whole family. Dr. Helen is polite, righteous in her treatment. the doctor speaks Polish, English understands Ukrainian, so we easily found a common language. The clinic is clean and everything meets the sanitary requirements to which we are accustomed. Thank you.

Excellent service, I’ve been a couple of times and will be coming back. High quality work and good all round knowledge and advice. Quality materials and equipment used, clean, bright and spacious premises with big waiting area. Good customer service from reception staff and dentists/assistants too. Easy to arrange appointments and good follow up communication. Thumbs up from happy customer.

Excellent customer service in both branches. Ladies keeping you informed about any potential changes or need for rescheduling. You can actually get an appointment within reasonable time frame not like NHS, you get white feeling and practically pain free. Poldent also offer wide range of dental services with possibility of payment plan. Clean and inviting. Dentists and hygienists are very professional and if you coming for cleaning you will get proper 45 min super precise clean. It’s my favourite part :)
