This review is somewhat late to say the least.In fact, it was in approximately September 2021 that they fixed my watch.It is a Bueche Girod" 9ct gold quartz watch. I didn't think it could be fixed.I was delighted when they told me it could be fixed.Lovely people to deal with."

This is old school jewellers and the owner knows exactly what he is doing. Would not use anyone else to change the battery or fix my watch! He's a real gentleman.

Lovely jewellers the gentleman who runs the shop is kind thoughtful and I highly recommend this little jewellers. It reminds me of the jewellers I'd visit with my parents as a child, very personal and lovely to go too.

I have had several experience with this jewellery shop and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and very honest. I would highly recommend this shop, to buy and any queries regarding jewellery even when you have not bought from them. Thank you for all your help.

What a gem of shop, good service, know what they are at..Had a watch for my husband, Citizen. Also they fit batteries and have a good selection of jewlery high quality good prices.

Excellent Customer Service. Very knowledgeable. Has lots of lovely jewellery, new and old. Much nicer selection than the ordinary high street jewellers. They also undertake repairs and can offer bespoke jewellery making from their suppliers. Rarely leave this place without a purchase. My favourite jewellers!

What a great jewellers! I went in on New Year's Eve to get a new watch battery and strap fitted and ended up also buying a new watch... the staff were so helpful and friendly like I rarely see these days and the owner is a man of knowledge about the things he sells ... which might sound like an obvious statement but I've been in many places where staff aren't clued up.Anyway, he fitted a battery efforessly after Timpsons failed to open the back and gave up! Now I have my old favourite watch on my wrist again as well as a brand new Citizen Eco Drive, something I'd wanted for a while so I am delighted and can very highly recommend this establishment.

Although they didn’t have what we were looking for they were friendly and helpful.
