I had a printer that was not from this company, however last year the help I got was tremendous, they talked me through the installation of the software and even the setup, I also bought consumables and again they helped a great dealtoday I called the support team SAM. and again they have been extremely helpful and have even showed me how to add more clip art and fonts, a great company that understands customers and Is always willing to help with great staff please keep this up.
