Great service, got confirmation when I paid and on the day of the flight with the driver's number. When I landed at the airport i got a call from the driver and met them outside.From then on the ride was as you'd expect!They also handled a 7+ hrs delayed flight incredibly well and were outside when I landed.Would recommend without question

Booked online for a transfer from Glasgow to Edinburgh airport, to include a booster seat for my child. The morning of, I received an email indicating the booking had been canceled and another from PayPal indicating my refund was being processed, but there was no explanation given for the cancellation. We luckily were able to book with another company (unfortunately without a booster seat option) but it was extremely frustrating. If a company needs to cancel, fine, but providing no reason is unprofessional.

Service turned out great, was a bit worried because our address was a little out of the way, but driver was punctual and brought us to our destination perfectly on time. Friendly and helpful personality as well.

I had an exceptional experience with Caledonian Cabs, particularly thanks to their driver, Deyan. The start of our journey from Oban to Glasgow hit a major snag when our train was canceled due to inclement weather. We were left stranded on a replacement bus, unsure of how we'd reach our destination.We were placed on a replacement bus but we’re unsure of when we’d reach Glasgow to continue with our car ride.However, Deyan truly went above and beyond. He not only patiently waited for us at the designated pick-up point but also maintained constant communication with us throughout our delay. His willingness to accommodate us in a challenging situation was truly commendable.Deyan's professionalism and dedication to ensuring our safe and timely arrival in Edinburgh left a lasting impression. I highly recommend Caledonian Cabs, and if you're lucky enough to have Deyan as your driver, you're in excellent hands. They turned a potentially frustrating situation into a seamless and positive travel experience.

Timely collection, clean cars, polite drivers, have used them twice for airport trips. Useful online booking toll with immediate responses and confirmations. Would recommend if you're in Glasgow.

I would definitely recommend the Caledonian Cabs for their punctuality.We planned to visit Glasgow on a Sunday and actually forgot that the public transport would be running in low numbers.So, I searched online about cabs and went ahead with the caledonian cabs. As soon as I booked, I got a confirmation call from the Cab driver and he was on time as scheduled.The driver was professional and safe in terms of driving.

What a rip off!!! If you don't book as a guest account online it's IMPOSSIBLE to cancel!!! They won't answer the phone number or email or message system on their website so I phoned the actual driver to cancel AND WAS STILL CHARGED!!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!

Really good service - my plane was delayed by 30 mins and Vasilin our driver was very patient and good natured about it. Good value too for airport pick up, half the cost of car hire! Will def use again. Well done.

Professional and efficient taxi services, I would highly recommend them. They made the long journeys between glasgow and edinburgh seamless. I had 4 different drivers for 4 different trips and they were all very hospitable.

A train strike on the day we had to get from Glasgow to Edinburgh had us looking for an alternative mode of transportation. Luckily we found Caledonian Cabs. They quickly got back to me with a quote and I made the reservation. They sent me the name and vehicle identification for our driver right away. The driver was on time and his car was comfortable. We would definitely use them again. They were a pleasure to do business with.
