Sad to have to write a poor review. Have been using this place for years without problem but will now move to another practice.This is just my recent experience:Had a routine check up and a scale and polish a few weeks ago, wasn't told that the X rays being done would cost more until I was leaving.My pre-approved insurance wouldn't pay for it, had I known it cost more I'd have declined.From that appointment my teeth and gums were painful, bleeding and I still have a very large hole between two teeth in my gums which I'm now going elsewhere to get checked.Bradley and Partners wouldn't check that everything was okay with the work they had done unless I booked another appointment for full check up cost, again, my insurance limits me and I can't do that.In the original appointment the dentist organised a check up for to check something else they had done, this was agreed to be a free appointment as it was a quick check on something. I arrived to that scheduled appointment today to be told I had cancelled it which I had not, otherwise I wouldn't have turned up to it.This Practice needs to communicate it's prices and practices better. We're in a cost of living crisis and people need to understand what they're getting for their money. I'm lucky to have insurance that covers some of my costs but others may not be as lucky.The communication from the reception team needs change. They seem limited that they can't talk to the dentistry team about specifics of appointments, they can only book them on their system which isn't a people driven process, it's a bad people experience and has caused a lot of this complaint.

I can't understand how anyone would leave a negative review for this practice. It doesn't look or feel like any dental surgery I have seen; it feels like stepping into a grand, stately home and the staff are so welcoming and cheerful it immediately put me at ease.I have been coming here since I was a kid, and although I have a regular dentist (Dr Lucy), for specialist work I have met several other dentists and I have been immensely satisfied with everyone .The price you pay is well worth what you receive in treatment, and are no more expensive than anywhere else with such quality.

Best dental clinic practice in Kent. The staff member were lovely and caring. Panos is a great dentist and his nurse was really sweet. Highly recommend it.

I am delighted with my implant and crown on my two front teeth .I cannot applaud enough how so much thought and care throughout this process from Nadim and Hannah has been considering it was very complex job to provide me with such a fantastic result after having quite distorted gums since childhood .I praise Nadim,s patient ,caring and professionalism , competence and skill in doing what I thought would be impossible .Also making me feel comfortable to ask anything . I am a very fussy person and I cannot fault anything !!!I am so pleased I chose this Dental practice , the waiting rooms are decorated like a mansion and it is a delight to sit in them . Really recommend .

I highly recommend this dental practice. The patient care is second to none. The reception staff are welcoming and the nurses always smiling. I’m a nervous patient but feel at ease at Bradley and Partners. The on-site lab is an added bonus. Nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic experience, fully satisfied with the professional expertise, surgical dental skills, and efficient follow up of Dr Panos, as well as the assurance of expert and gentle nursing care of nurse Harriet. The lovely ladies at reception are adorably friendly. Long term patient, very highly recommended dental practice.

I have no words to describe how amazing the service was. From my booking experience to the approach from the receptionist and of course from my dentist Panos and his nurse Harriet who they have been very professional towards my dental status. Recently joined this practice and can confidently say that it’s the best service and treatment I’ve ever had at the dentist. Would definitely recommend- lovely staff, lovey environment. Thanks Bob Dubbins my dentist!!
