Worst customer service every went there 26th October 2023 the woman with short blonde hair was so rude every, so I called the head office whilst there, I opened the door to ask a question, there was another customer in and she yelled at me in an aggressive tone wait out side, yelled saying only one in at a time, sign saying this either appalling service, to that womem learn some manners

So I used the service today I normally go to the stechford clothes IFirstly I wished I had gone their . As the lady that works their I think she is polish is so rude!!! Also I think she is not very honest she weighed sorted and half the clothes 15kg and then then write total on a paper and popped into the side tommrow Come back and sorts through another 13 kg of clothes but writes 13 kg on the receipt book and proceeds to give me £6 I was like it’s not that much first she denies it and says it’s 13 kg tapping the calculator and saying things making me feel so uncomfortable I felt like I was lying she finally says oh yes I did put the clothes in the bank I’ve had lots of customers all day so my brain is not working …and give me £22. I wish I read the other reviews.

VILE, RUDE, ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never been spoken to that. Went to the branch in Castle Vale and the lady greeted us with such hostility and rudeness before we even got to the door. Couldn’t even utter two words from my mouth. She kept telling us to close the door and go away. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

If I could give a minus rating I wouldI have never been greeted so rudely in my life blone lady was vile and after reading some of the reviews I don't know how she is still in a job no customer service skills what so ever after being spoken to the way I was I decided to go else where don't waste your time going here

Not good. Get peanuts for clothes 50p kilo you need mountains upon mountains to scrape even a fiver. And they sell the clothes on in Europe.Also believe I felt poor treatment by brunette lady who was shorter who when saw me at the door shoved it closed quickly saying 20 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later came back saw her serving lady. Who happened to be white and I am black. Won't go back there. Shame as the other lady i saw before her was pleasant

Used this service today, there was a lovely lady who helped me and she soret the the Clothes carefully then bagged them up ans weighed them. I actually got more than I expected and so I was a happy bunny. Will be going there again.

Visited yesterday very rude Polish woman when I got there she said no serve I have to vape 32 mind later she shouted GO IN sorted through closes just saying yes no no yes I was watching scales the clothes she excepted said 52.8kg but she only paid me for 30kg when I challenged her about she said you are liar a theif man and if I not want money get out of cabin and don't come back I said I wanted the right money for 52.8kg she threw £15 and me and pushed me out I've been speaking to my friend today who as advised me to contact the police as its assault what she did and told me I should also contact trading standards

The lady I dealt with today was incredibly rude and obnoxious. Will not be returning in the future.

I have been there a while ago. The lady serving was rude and I am not going back. In response to other people comments, I can say as a Polish that she was not Polish.
