Amazing helpful staff member. Helped us get a deal that we didn't know existed related to what we were buying.

Asked to come back later for my click & collect as the cashier couldn't be bothered looking for it. There was a pile of parcels behind her and none were organised. She asked when it was ready for collection, I said from today and she said that's why it's not ready yet. it's not my problem that I chose to collect it the day I received an email saying it was in the shop. It's her fault for not being organised.I have a newborn and do not have time to 'come back later', the entire point of choosing click & collect was for a quick experience and now I have left without my daughter's Christmas presents. I'll wait for a refund and won't bother using Boots ever again. There are so many shops to choose from I won't waste my time with one where my custom is an inconvenience. I didn't get her name but she was middle aged, brunette and on the tills around 12.10pm. she's in the wrong job if she can't handle a few people in a queue coming to collect parcels. I am so annoyed to have my time wasted and will not be using the shop again.

Staff are absolutely miserable! They can be serving someone and just stare as soon as you walk in. Every time I go in and get served at the till there’s never a ‘hello’ or ‘thank you’. These young women have a face like thunder constantly why be so stuck up? Need to be humbled back down to earth. The older women (who need to retire) are just as misserable. Come back down to earth there’s happier people in 3rd world countries. GET NEW STAFF!

This boots has marked prices on stuff and when you go to the till they try to charge you more so be careful with this shop,marked price £5.00 go to the till that's £6.75 until you tell them the price on the shelf.This shop is well known for this so be sure not to be ripped off.
