I found Michal on the web. I had a five storey house to clear with a lot of accumulated tat. His team quoted fairly; arrived when they said they would; finished within the time estimate; and left the house completely empty and hovered. Would strongly recommend.

Michal and his team provide a fantastic, affordable, fast, reliable, trustworthy and friendly service! I have used them twice now, both times to clear 3 bedroom semi-detached houses in south london following family bereavements, and both houses were filled with a lifetime of accumulated things. Michal does a great job of sorting out rubbish from things that can be reused or recycled, and works very, very fast. One house he did in a day, the other took 3 days as it was slightly larger, and included emptying and dismantling a garden shed which was full of old tools/rubbish. I cannot praise Michal and his team highly enough, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a house cleared quickly and efficiently, with the maximum amount of things recycled at an affordable price. Michal and his team of two assessed the clearance on the basis of photos, arrived promptly and cracked on energetically to get the job done. I had underestimated the amount of junk to go by quite a lot but he did not increase the price, so I did so myself. Very friendly and efficient.
