I can’t tell you enough how professional courteous speedy and honest these guys were. Our problem was from a domestic property with a submersible pump problem and they were there in half an hour, did what most people wouldn’t want to do when you’re talking about sewage without any hesitation, took the pump away and repaired it and brought it back the next day. They were fantastic! Also, They didn’t ask for payment there and then after it was fixed but instead said they would invoice me. It was lovely to be trusted like that. this was an example of how customers should be treated and a company should be run.

We had let our septic tank become overfull and despite being extremely busy GEWS arrived promptly and sorted it out. Excellent service.

Wake people up before 4am in a residential area cleaning drains flashing lights and the noise is enough to wake the dead disgusted
