I have been working with Laura for two years now and whilst I can’t say I’ve loved every minute I have stuck at it which I have never managed to do before. This is down to Laura who is firm but realistic, helping me to set sensible, achievable goals. If I don’t succeed at first she will look for alternative ways of motivating me and keeping my interest. Laura is a great PT and I would definitely recommend her.

I've been doing online PT with Laura for a month and I think it's working!I've wanted to be fitter and healthier for years but I've never been very good with gyms or diets or sticking to an exercise plan.Laura's 3 healths approach is a really good. I'm actually enjoying exercise, feeling the benefits, and getting a routine established. I'm also getting into much better habits with food and drink. We focus on long-term goals - rather than short-term crisp and wine goals! Laura is a great motivator and a really good trainer.Thanks to Laura I feel that I'm on the road and moving (planking!) in the right direction!

I’ve just completed Laura’s six week beginners programme. I’ve loved every minute of it. I had loads of aches & pains. They’ve all gone. I feel 100% fitter & healthier. I’ve signed up for the next course. I thoroughly recommend Laura, she is professional & knows when to push me. She likes to have feedback after a session. I can not speak highly enough of this fitness expert, I wish I’d found her sooner.

Laura is great. She is very knowledgeable and encouraging and tough when you need it! Outside of sessions she is always there with advice and tips on healthier eating and exercise. She is also very much into finding the balance between the work and relaxation, and is very much about being kind to ourselves and not beating ourselves up when we miss some exercise, or eat something we maybe shouldn't have. She is a very positive influence on my life and I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to make a change and live a healthier lifestyle.

I cannot praise Laura enough. It is so nice finally to meet someone who is not selling you a trend or focusing all about the outside look. Her support through training, eating and balanced lifestyle is what keeping me on track and helps me to focus on long term goals rather then quick fixes.I am impressed with her ability to adjust training to a very personal level, in my case getting fit for Basecamp Everest.

Laura is a great PT.I hated the gym and she made it bearable and on quite a few occasions, fun! In fact she gave me the confidence and enthusiasm to go to the gym on my own to continue her good work.She isn't preachy but she is encouraging and supportive. She's also no nonsense and isn't one for buzz words and faddy approaches.....which was perfect for me!I can't recommend her highly enough.
