Before we get started I would like to state for the record that I'm not the type of person to throw around 5 star reviews willy nilly. I am a male Karen (a name still hasn't been agreed on) and if I think a service is poor believe me I will slap a 1 star without question like a true keyboard warrior.Ok so, I was in the market for a new car as my previous vehical was far too juicy, returning 27-35 mpg and in today's climate that's not a good thing. I'd been scouring the vast market and comparing cars and prices for months and all I seemed to come across were either cars that were most definitely not worth the proposed amount or salesman that sucked through the teeth when asked for their best price (Yes they do exist).Fast forward what felt like 18years and I come across Car5. From the get go an absolute pleasure! I had asked initially for some additional pictures of the car I was interested in. Instead I was contacted by Zed who offered to facetime me so that I could have a full in-depth walk around of the car. He proceeded to give me information regarding service history, the previous owner, how and when he acquired the car and any slight niggles etc then finished with having a general chat about our days.We then stayed in contact via WhatsApp and it felt like I was just waffling to a pal who was selling a car! When speaking on the price I was given a more than generous discount and Zed had also included a 15 month warranty at his own expense for that extra piece of mind. I was then asked if I would like to put down a deposit for the car, of which I was happy to do, however I soon realized a payment for my childs baby ballet had come out and left me potless untill I got paid. Zed told me not to worry and proceeded to take all listings off the internet and classed it as a gentleman's agreement. This is when I knew I wasn't dealing with someone that just wanted my money but someone that truly cared about what I was looking for and had my best interests at heart.Zed then had the car delivered to me for an extremely reasonable fee considering I'm based in Essex and the delivery driver Barry was just as much of a pleasure to deal with! I had the car delivered the next day at a time that suited me with no questions asked and Barry kept me updated on his journey which I thought was a very professional touch.I can honestly say from start to finish I was made to feel extremely welcome and in the non cheesiest way part of the family".If you're looking to get yourself a new car from the bottom of my heart could not recommend Car5 enough!Zed you are a gentleman and a scholar and hope to stay in touch!"

Well, there is a lot to say at first I was sceptical about buying a car through WhatsApp. Not only was their first rate communication, but also the service was the best I had received while looking for my car. The car drives and performs far beyond my expectations. Great people and friendly, warm with their approach. I know who to come back to when I'm ready for my new car again.
