Bought boots from this store and they lasted less than a week. The staff at their head office were really unhelpfull would not recomend using this shop due to poor quality products and poor customer service.

Staff were rude, tutted when they had to squeeze past our pram in thier cramped store, which they decided to put children's items at the back of, and apparently anyone out in Sidmouth today was an idiot according to one staff member.

Argh! No, no, no!Though the prices may be cheerful, the quality of the items are certainly not!Flimsy and cheaply produced products along with staff that don't really know or understand outdoor activities means I shall not be going back.

Very good. Helpful staff selling an excellent product range. Town centre position makes for an interesting shopping trip. Parking in Sidmouth is an art form, though, and you need the patience of a saint.
