Love 2 Care Homecare Services Ltd

We have only recently started with love to care as we were with a different care company for a few years. I have to say that I am already extremely impressed with them. They are clean and tidy. Do things like wash soiled bedding without being asked and clean up after themselves in the kitchen. Our grandad who they look after, is well looked after. They are polite and friendly towards him and make sure he is happy before leaving.They wear their PPE without problems and overall make me feel safe that they are in our house. 5 stars from me and my family xx

Not impressed! I am a carer myself and had finished a 12 hour shift, and after my shift, went home, showered and came out for breakfast. Saw 2 carers from Love to Care, walking in the same café i was in, surprisingly in their uniform and also noticed their very long manicured nails. This is a major infection control issue and against every rule of care that should be followed. Called Love to Care’s phone number to report this huge and very public breach in rules of infection control, particularly during a pandemic, and had the person who answered me laughing in my face and hanging up. How can a carer safely look after a service user with long nails? How do they risk the safety of service users and members of the public, by wearing their uniform in a public establishment, where food is served, risking the transfer of bacteria or virus from one place to another? Appalling!

, sorry but what sort of manager allows her carers to walk to calls especially when it's pouring with rain sorry but I would not want someone looking after me who is soaking wet then the poor carer had to walk to her next call in the rain, well the manager lives it up on holiday. Clearly the manager has no respect for her staff all she carers about is booking her next holidayFeel sorry for them staff that are walking with these dark nights coming. Some managers need training

Useless. The best thing I to say about the whole company is the actual carer's themselves. If this is Care, I'll do it myself. A massive Down to the NHS who sorted the issue out or not as the case maybe. I will also say, after speaking with them about all the bad reviews, they said it's all people who had left which is what I'm about to. Maybe, they may need care sometime. My place was better before they came here. AVOID THIS, SO CALLED COMPANY WHO PAY THEIR STAFF LESS THAN HALF THE MINIMUM WAGE
