Very good store, well laid out, wide aisles, great selection of make up for all price range. Good selection of perfume and aftershaves. Toiletries and holiday essentials. What's not to like about this store.

Good shop, ok customer service.The shop overall is a bit expensive but if you want the best you have to pay for it :-(

Looked online for a product but wasn't instore

As always great shop, great brand. But some staff members need to brush up on just understanding customers. Took a customer 3 times to say her surname before the cashier could even begin to understand what the customer was saying.....rather than asking the customer write it down for me" big queue created purely because the cashier didn't use common sense."

Yhe store was discontinuing a range of make up and there was an unopened tester product we wanted to buy, we asked the assistant Sara who said they couldn't sell it and as the range was discontinuing the product would get thrown away, we asked to speak to a manager and at that point Sara became argumentative sayimf we didnt need to speak to a manager, as she told us and that was that. We once again requested to speak to a manager and she called the team leader through her headphohes and was talking about us very rudely like we wasnt stood there which made me and my sister feel uncomfortable, the team leader came already with her back up and service wasnt much better than Saras. We tried to explain and Sara was stood there arguing with us saying she already told us etc. I actually ciuos not believe what we was experiencing which caused myself to argue back, my sister was trying to complain to the team leader and Sara kept commenting in the back, i started to walk off and she started following me around the shop like i was going to steal an item, i started filming her behaviour as I was going to send to the headoffice so they could see the staff members service however the team leader who was accepting of the staff members unprofessional behaviour then said she was going to get security as it was against policy and walked off. I have never experienced such rudeness during a shopping experience before. Its absolutely disgusting.

Had everything my daughter needed, always someone asking if you need help etc, good shop

Sara in the store made us feel very uncomfortable , she was very aggressive and argumentative and her manager was also stand off ish when asked simple questions , as customers we should be able to ask questions about products without being shouted at. wouldn’t recommend going to this store , other members of staff were lovely however Sara should not work in customer service

Nothing super about drugs. Be careful kids. Has a large selection of makeup so your kids think they're ugly if they don't wear it. Plenty of smellies and bronzer for those who like to look slightly orange.
