Plentiful Wholefoods & Organic Veg Box Scheme

It has been a pleasure to see this business grow from a small shop on a side street of Ramsbottom, to a fantastic wholefoods store at the heart of the town. You can purchase fresh bread, fruit and veg, baking essentials, cheese, toiletries and cleaning products to name a few.A great alternative to the supermarket as everything is ethically sourced and uses limited to no packaging (you can bring your own containers). A real asset to Ramsbottom.

Such a nice shop. Lovely staff, a pretty good range of cupboard food and also fresh food. It's a bit smaller than I expected but they make use of all the space they have to provide as many ethical none plastic products as possible!

Amazing choiceReasonable pricesTried the chocolate buttons today and they were more delicious than the big brand equivalents which was most surprising.Quality of products in general matched or beat their big brand equivalents.Living near a place like this, there is now no excuse to give money to the careless companies that have polluted our world for the past few decades.

Popped in for a mooch. Don't be put off by thoughts of a hippy lifestyle. The lady I was chatting to is familiar with lots of the mainstream healthy eating stuff by Michael Mosley, David Unwin, Tim Spector etc.I'll be back for a proper shop soon.

Great shop. The plastic free aspect is important but just the cherry on the cake for me.Generally great quality produce at a reasonable price without having to select from lots of different brands.It’s an efficient shopping experience if you take your home storage containers- no walking long aisles as everything is within arm’s reach, you can fill large containers and stock up, no queues at checkout (just a nice chat with the owner), no unpacking back at home- just need to put the filled boxes back where they belong.Even if you go without containers there are plenty of free paper bags to use.It’s also quite a fun experience scooping produce, my son loves it!

Amazing little but mighty shop!From baking ingredients to cooking spices - even snacks!! The variety of stock is simply incredible and all of it plastic free!With all of these options and such a knowledgeable owner running it(always willing to help and advise), really makes you wonder why anyone living near Plentiful would ever buy anywhere else!

Love, love, love plentiful. Great store with great ethical produce and a wide selection of foods and household items. I have their veg box delivered and the quality of the fruit and veg is excellent. Tomatoes like you've never tasted before and lots of amazing seasonal, local organic produce. Love my delivery day when Louise brings me my fruit, veg and the best sourdough bread for miles. Great shopping experience with Abbey and the team, great work :)
