Mal is the owner and a really genuinely friendly guy. He advised me on the best carpets and underlay and gave me plenty of space to make my choice.I had creaky and uneven floorboards, so he recommended that they also pin down 6mm plyboard before putting down the underlay. The result is AMAZING! The floor feels SO solid and flat now.Matt fitted the carpets and did a brilliant job. Really nice guy too.If you're looking for good carpets, great fitting and a low price, look no further!

I have recently had a stair runner fitted. I got a few quotes from businesses within the Leamington/Warwick area and Whitnash Carpets was by far the most reasonably priced. Due to being a small job, some companies after measuring up didn't even bother coming back to me with a quote ignoring me multiple times.. but Whitnash carpets were professional, knowledgable and good value, coming back to me with a quote within 24hours. The fitting went smoothly and I am very happy with the end result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends in the future. Many Thanks to Mal and your team!!

Having sourced quotes from multiple carpet suppliers and fitters Mal beat their quotes. I'm so indecisive and Mal helped me with the decision making process, being very patient and giving me time to decide what I wanted. The products are great, so was the cost and also all of the team. Future flooring will purchased through Whitnash Carpets, decision made. Thanks again guys.

The carpet fitter did a decent job fitting some vinyl flooring in the bathroom but he ruined my bath by putting waste flooring in there which must have contained some metal. It scratched through the enamel of my steel bath and is starting to rust. I am now looking at either an expensive repair job or a replacement bath and if I replace the bath, I’ll probably have to get the floor redone again… but not with these cowboys.

I’ve had a great experience with Mal and Matt, totally stress free while I was also moving to a new house.Mal is very knowledgeable about all his carpets, great expert, he knows what is the greatest option for you, at the best price in town.Matt is a great fitter, he knows how to do the job properly, he fitted perfectly all the carpets.If you want the carpets replaced or just install new ones, they’re the ones to call!All the best and thank you again x

Mal gave us samples to take home. He turned up when he said he would. Carpet fitted within 10 days.Very happy, will buy again from here.

2years ago i was accepted to come back to leamington as my mum was diagnosed with terminal I’ll cancer I was coming to and from leamington or sleeping on the floor in my mums house with my boys, I came to leamington from a 2 bed house and found this carpet store they was amazing, I packed mine and my boy’s belongings up and was accepted for a council flat in leamington, the gentleman helped so much I explained what colour carpet I wanted and what style vinyl I wanted.They did everything no stress, not much of a wait time. I handed my keys over to them and they did everything whilst I was beside my mumI would like to thank you for helping me in such a difficult time.

Unfortunately I would not recommend. We had vinyl fitted a few months ago, however glue was left everywhere with an untidy finish (had to get the fitters out again to sort this) We also had yellow/orange marks pop up in random places this has now got progressively worse and we was told it was our pram causing this?! Apparently I am not allowed to bring my pram in this house or place a chair as it can cause these marks?! We are now left with orange spotted grey vinyl with glue still showing around the edges and still no contact from Mal to take ownership of this.*just to add I have now lifted up a mat by the back door and this also has yellow marks underneath. We also had a 2nd opinion from a local business which has told us it’s your adhesive and we aren’t the only job they’ve had to fix.Also thanks for the very unprofessional reply.

Great carpets and great service. Carpets supplied and fitted within about 3 days of initial enquiry... including coming put to measure on a bank holiday Monday. Would highly recommend :)

Didn't turn up to measure for carpet. Yes I did come into your shop when you had the rep there and we had a long conversation about laminate and carpet for stairs and landing and you were supposed to measure and quote two days later! I gave you my address and phone number. Too late now got someone else.
