Apologies guys had hit the wrong buttons when looking at a map!!! Great service and bought my very first car her when I was learning to drive - some lovely classics about and what Richard doesn't know about Subaru's isn't worth knowing!!!!

Richard is an absolute gentleman.I bought a Subaru Impreza that had an alarm / imobilizer fault. Unfortunately the mechanic couldn't fix it and required further assistance from a Subaru Technical Specialist.I contacted Subaru UK who after hearing my NI accent cut me off and told me they couldn't help. I then called Des Eastwood who told me to replace the battery and if that didnt work to bring it to them and Western Cars didnt return my call.Richard was pleasant and took the time to speak with me, offering me some suggestions which managed to get the car driveable again. Your kindness saved me a small fortune.This review is evidence that not every main dealership wants to get the arm into you and that there are genuine honest people out there that are willing to help without asking for money.Anyone can sell a car its the after care thats important and these guys have that in spades. I am very grateful and can't recommend Richard and his company enough.God Bless You Richard Regards Andy.
