Timpson in Morrison's in Sutton offers 4 items for £16, next day service. This Timpson cost me £35 for 6 items and turnaround was half a week. They're the same company... just go to Sutton.

I went there to get a key cut. There was 1 rude female member of staff and she told me she could not cut thr key because she is not trained. She was rude and abrupt woth her wording and not helpful with whete i could go next.I dont understand why the shop is open. Literally a waste of time going there

Great shop, I love timpson they always are so quick, only thing is I had to go to the Wimbledon branch as the one in North cheam didn't have anyone there to cut keys that day I was there

I would advise you to go b and q much better service, I have been back and fourth 4 times!!! to sort out this key, still not working!!! they can't even cut them right, they say they employ people on personality only, think they need to actually make sure there staff can do the job in hand! The keys are different thickness, school boy error, Disgraceful if you ask me.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Needed to get copy of some security keys and they had a special deal if cutting more than one key.

Very good service. Would recommend to anybody who needs watch battery replaced or shoes repaired. Excellent customer service.
