Had to call LW Locksmiths out today for my nan that had locked herself out of her own house and then proceeded to break the key in the lock by accident, the lad that came out called Alan was absolutely amazing, bearing in mind my 92 year old nan has early onset dementia. Alan managed to calm my nan down (which isnt an easy job) whilst cracking on with the job at hand, he was quick and efficient and reasonably priced considering it was an emergency, myself and my nan are so grateful for his help.I would highly recommend to anyone to use this lad for any locksmith jobs, couldnt think of a better and more professional gentCheers alan!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Alan. I rang up, and two hours later he was at the house. He then went away to get the necessary parts for the job and returned a little later to complete the job to a very high standard. He was friendly, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly highly skilled in his trade. The price was great also. I will certainly be using again in the future if needed. Thank you.

Professional and speedy service! Made a call after being locked out of the house, Alan came in 15 minutes and within seconds the door was open! Very experienced locksmith with a friendly manner! Highly recommended!
