Had my patio window glass replaced under warranty recently by A&B. Fantastic customer service from start to finish and easy to log the issue using their online form.Engineer replaced the misted glass unit in 15 minutes and also adjusted the door as it had a little gap in it. We now have a warmer door unit and clear glass.Sorry for the other reviewers experience but have to compliment the company based on our experience.

Have used A & B Glass for many years however the company has gone down hill dramatically recently. They do not seem to care about customer care any more and unless you want to place an order they are not interested. I have recommended them to so many people over the years but not any more. Regrettably this is the end of a very long business relationship.

Poor service, even poorer work.Would not recommend, and when one of the workers tell you “no wonder you’ve had lots of problems with these doors they were put in as the first layer of bricks were laid I was here” and now 2 years later we have a big hole and can see day light from our living room out to the patio and they won’t do anything to help! And want us to pay for their shoddy work! What a joke! So not go with these cowboys! Came to adjust these doors over 2 years over 6 times and still never right! And I wonder why!

Had one of their units misted up between panes in 9 year old window they replaced it under warranty, excellent service from initial phone calls all the way through to fitting of unit. Thanks for an excellent service.

Have bought all my windows and doors including a 6 bi-fold from here over. My whole experience from my initial phone call, meeting the surveyor and finally the fitting was faultless. Super quality of all the products and value for money. I’m afraid I can’t vouch for their after sales service as I’ve never needed it as have never had any problems. Have recommended to all my friends and family who are also very satisfied.

I have used A&b Glass on my own home and my mother's both doors. The first was a complicated moving of a radiator embedded pipe in wall before they could fit french doors and they were the only company that gave a reasonable price. The work was co-ordinated excellently with various tradesmen, done on time and 10 years on the door has been trouble free. It was slightly misaligned at first but they refused to take payment until they tweaked it and got right. So later a major national Company quoted my mother for her door and wanted silly money for a plain door. A&b quoted under half for the same so she could afford a much better door and save money. Again 6 years on trouble free.
