From the initial contact with Meg and Van National we were instantly impressed. Very friendly, not pushy at all, and with a desire to find us the van we wanted/needed within our budget. Always at the end of the phone or email Meg was brilliant in every aspect of the process! In the end we brought the Peugeot Expert (as seen in the picture) and it is stunning! We really couldn't be happier! If you are after a van, for a good price, where customer service is key, then Van National is the first place you should call!

Great van company, great customer service, will highly recommendHome delivery service was brilliantI got a van, and callum sorted me out as I couldn't get there to view the van they did a video viewing in detail and wasn't trying to hide anything. They did everything they said they were going to do and more.The home delivery was brilliant. The communication was excellent. Had a great experience dealing with this company when I purchased a vehicle nothing was two much trouble the guy was called Simon everything was so smooth.the delivery and pick up of the trade in vehicle was faultless the delivery guy made it so simple really polite much appreciated.can highly recommend this company if i need another vehicle Van National will be the first place to call the Volkswagen caddie is running like a dream. May22. Went again to look for a van. Customer service is spot on. Vans are well maintained and in good condition. Definitely recommend despite not buying one this time. Quality vans and helpful staff. Can't fault anything about the place other than the Vans are tightly packed together. But that's because they have such a large number and selection to choose from. Staff couldn't do enough for us and gave us a full rundown of everything historical with the van we looked at. Thanks guys. Sorry no sale this time.

Great vehicles Fantastic Prices !!My fiancé and I were looking at getting a pickup - viewed several dealers prior - non as professional - was greeted by Simon who was very informed and genuinely interested in what we were looking for.Was very patient and answered all of our questions.Did not feel pressured at all into purchasing and felt very confident in buying from Van National !Simon was a gem and even arranged the road taxes for us.Highly recommend the company and Simon!!

Really happy with my experience buying a van at Van National. For the first time buying a vehicle, I felt like I was helped to choose, rather than being sold to. The salesman (Stephen) quickly understood my reasons for buying a van and it felt that all his advice was tailored to me rather than just generic buy this one just beyond your budget" which is common with used car salesmen. The sales team at Van National provided me good service and were really helpful and was able to let me organise collection of the vehicle on my terms. Jacob, who dealt with my sale, was easy going and on hand to assist with any query. A very easy process from start to finish. Will recommend to people who are looking for their next van.
