My first contact was by phone a really sensible discussion resolved material issues. I placed an order on the website which was really easy, received a quick confirmation. A week later a set of exactly 3d printed items arrived. So would I recommend - Absolutely - will I use again Yes.

From design to production the team at SGD have been brilliant. Very responsive and generous with their time throughout. I’m particularly impressed by the rapid prototyping which has made refining the design an absolute breeze

Absolute lifesavers!, our in house printer went down and we were stuck without production facilities, luckily these guys picked up the ball and ran with it. Parts arrived on time, to spec and nicely packed.

My own 3d printer was getting on a bit and is now in storage for other reasons. I came across these guys and gave them a try. My word, I am so impressed with the quality and speedy turnaround. I will definitely be using SGD 3D again, even after I have blown the cobwebs off my own printer. Hats off to Sam the crew....

Terrible Customer Service.I ordered a part on the 15th of September (Friday), realised I had ordered a wrong part, and emailed on 15th September (SAME DAY) saying I was very sorry, but I have to cancel the order.I was away from home for a few days and found they had emailed me asking WHY I wanted to cancel as they were planning on starting manufacturing at the weekend (16th or 17th I presume.NINETEEN days later 4th of October they emailed the part was finished and was being sent to me.I emailed and asked why they didnt cancel the order and why it took so damn long, and they are very sorry, but delays sometimes happen, and I didn't reply as to WHY I wanted to canel, so they went ahead with production.I can return the package AT MY COST, for a darn CREDIT NOTE!!Scummy....

Sam worked relentlessly to ensure I was well looked after with my issues and he resolved it in full.On the product side, again, flawless quality and exactly what I needed to progress my project and with an excellent turn around time.Looking forward to future business with SGD as my project continues to develop.

I print prototype parts in Nylon PA 12. The printing quality and dispatch times are excellent. The low minimum order charge and competitive pricing is a game changer. SGD 3D is the only company I now use for all my 3D printing needs and I can highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. This was my first time ordering from SGD & I won't hesitate to use them again. Another 3D Printing service I used told me they were going to be late on an order, despite having it on their system for a month. No such problems here- SGD were fast & efficient.
