One-star review solely based on experience with staff.It was on 15th September 2023, between 12.15pm and 12.20pm when I was at the checkout till. I was unloading my trolley and felt that the lady on till number 3 was suspiciously staring at me. It seemed like she had a personal issue with me as it is not the first time she does this to me.I come to this store frequently without causing any trouble and don't understand this behaviour.

Great shopping experience plenty of free parking . A great fresh bakery and large selection of fruit and veg .. wide isles easily accessible for wheelchairs..

The staff are very friendly. Interesting special offers. We appreciate the working toilets, we find toilets are often out of order in other supermarkets. Prices as expected, quality good

Brand new store so very clean. Plenty of parking outside, with disabled and parent / child spaces. Lots of trolleys, plus a few small ones for children which is a lovely addition. Store is well laid out with good selection of fresh food, drinks etc. Especially like the bakery, lots to choose from there. This was my first time shopping at LIDL, if you send over £20 you get a free item. Staff friendly. Will be shopping here again.

Just visited as I do daily but the queue was so big as I got to near the front of the queue a customer had been served packed her shopping given her receipt and carried on talking to the lovely young lady on the till for ages...I said excuse me could you please stop chatting there is a queue. The young lady on the till said excuse me you are being really rude." I said I am sorry but I wasn't rude I said excuse me & please. Can you please try & help on staff training on efficiency in managing the queues?"
