Used glaze and roll for our recent wedding at home with 60 guests. Wayne and the team were a very efficient setup where nothing was an issue, everything ran so smoothly. The food was fresh and tastey. All wedding guests were very complimentary of the food which exceeded their expectations. Portion sizes were very generous also. Would definitely recommend.
