We used the Print Factory for a recent fundraising event for booklet and ticket supply and they provided a top-class service, nothing was a problem and they were very accommodating to design changes and offered very helpful advice. We also needed extra tickets printed at short notice and this was no issue. We highly recommend the Print Factory.
