After driving up from Manchester to a competition with my daughter - a ballon we brought with us as her completion number deflated (Saturday night) and after Googling anywhere to help on a Sunday morning I found this business. Called up and explained our problem and amazingly was told she could help… she didn’t need to and could of said no but we drove to her and advised that the ballon was too small to carry the weight of cluster balloons round it (hence pulling it down) so replaced it with ribbons. Thank you so much - saved the day for us!

I am very disappointed and sorry to purchase a cluster of helium filled balloon from this business. Please look at the photos and evaluate the quality. I have received them at 6 p.m. on Friday and at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday I found them like the photo. I also attached the riginal photo that I sent and she promised to give me the same cluster. I just wanted to support a local home business and I ended paying 25 GBP for nothing. When I asked her to kindly help me as we have a party, she sent me extensive long texts and bargaining for 10 GBP extra to fix the one. I would never ever buy and extremely recommend to avoid. 25 £ is a high price for this service.
