Very friendly and welcoming staff.I had a particularly interesting conversation regarding home automation and smart lighting integration with an extremely knowledgeable member of staff.Unfortunately I was unable to audition a couple of headphones due to difficulties setting up a suitable source (though the staff made considerable effort to do so which I appreciate).I'd just dropped in while on a cruise and had not called ahead to book this, so this was understandable. I would advise calling and booking in advance any specific audition you'd like to set up, as demo equipment/space is limited. I'm sure they'll be able to accommodate you if you do.

A big thanks to Justin for helping me integrate my Sonos and non- Sonos systems. Using an Era100 plus the new Sonos Combo Adapter (dongle) I now have my Denon DP300 turntable and RCD M40DAB CD Receiver working a dream with the added bonus of TuneIn from my Apple phone! I can now play my vinyl and CDs in every room. This new system has replaced my original Sonos Connect and Sonos 3 which are going to a new home so my daughter can get into the pleasure of building her own record/vinyl collection. The guys at Richer Sounds are fantastic and thanks Justin.

Shopped at Richers at their present and previous location. Over the years I have encountered good &.bad attitude but never ugly. There is not much competition unlike Manchester where there are many Hi-Fi dealers. Will be phoning them tomorrow re. the Focal Bathys HPs that are on sale.

Returning customer from a few years ago. Visited for a demonstration of various mid-range speakers via an arranged appointment . Excellent guidance, great knowledge and very friendly service from Justin. Enjoyable experience without any pressure. Made a purchase and very satisfied with it. On street meter parking in Berry Street 50 yards from the shop. Highly recommended.
