I have hired 4 bouncy castles over the last couple of years from this company for my two children's birthday parties and every single time it's been brilliant. The staff are very friendly and well organised. The person delivering on the day has always been on time and reliable. I've always ordered a bouncy castle with a slide and every one we've had has been really good and clean quality. They also provide a clear health and safety briefing, including details of their safety checks, which is really important to me when hiring equipment for use by children.

Booked the Party Time Adventure Park bouncy castle for my child's birthday party. The children loved it - the ball pit and slide were a hit as well as the bouncy castle. Delivery / assembly and pick up were really smooth and everyone we dealt with at the company was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

What FANTASTIC customer service and hire equipment! I have recommended this company to all my family and friends after they went above and beyond for my son's first birthday party. I had a booking with another company who let me down and this company did everything possible to accommodate my booking and 'save the day'.
