Myself & my husband went into store to buy new jackets, i got one but my husband could'nt as he is disabled & could'nt get upstairs. There was no lift so it was very dissappointing. This store does'nt cater for disabled people.

Nice shop coats n jackets downstairs, shoes up stairs steps or a lift for disabled people, the shop is easy to enter for wheelchair access wide doors if anything is bad it's the path outside of the shops it's getting worse than the roads

A good brand but be careful what you're buying... the technical specifications on the label dont necessarily reflect real time resistance.. the staff can be pretty unhelpful and dopey it seems.. I can't say I enjoyed being followed around upstairs either.. being made to feel like a criminal.. personally I wouldn't shop here again.. there is plenty of quality competition out there.

In the words of my daughter, had to wipe my feet before leaving this shop". We went upstairs looking for dog coats very few in-stock and if that what you call a sale I go pets at home pay there prices . Any way coming back dowthe stairs the board that is eye level was coated in a 1 inch of dust . Won't be "Trespassing" in there in hurry."

Well organised, excellent prices due to sale. However unfortunately this has come at a price as the store is another victim of the present climate and will be closing approximately October, so get your quality products at good prices now.

I love this Brand, not the Staff though, unhelpful, ignorant & lazy. Men's are up a very steep staircase. Should have easier access. Bring back a City Centre Branch.
