Kwik Fit - Doncaster

I recently had to have new brake discs and pads fitted to my car. Jason was very helpful as are all the staff. First class service as always. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I will be back again for my service and MOT soon

From the minute I arrived for a tyre/puncture check, I was being sized up" as a blonde woman who the staff was going to try to rip off by being sold more than was needed and this proved to be true!My car had an MOT recently plus work on a ball joint & at no time did my very established & thorough mechanic suggest that my tyres were worn or put an advisory on them.Yet lo & behold all 4 tyres had advisories when I came about one puncture!!I was told I needed 4 new tyres & given various reasons. I was told a price for various makes of budget tyres but there were only 3 in stock & couldn't be done that day (1pm Tuesday. 24/10/23)....tgey could get 4 in for the next day at a cost of £275...HOWEVER there were 4 x Pirelli tyres in stock which could be done that day at an increased cost of £375.(My car is a Ford Ka

My Honda CR-V was in for wheel alignment, I had previously taken it to F1 autocentre, they had 3 attempts to sort the tracking & they actually made it worse, so i requested refund from them & took it kwik fit where i knew they had hunter hawk eye wheel alignment. I'm really pleased I did as Jaime at your Wheatley branch, has managed to get it right 1st time, the car no longer drifts to the left & the steering wheel is now bang on centre, that was my original complaint that F1 were unable to fix. He showed me on the screens what was out of alignment & once corrected he showed me again, I also received a print out of the adjustments made, the car now drives much better, it wasn't cheap but after 3 wasted visits to F1 autocentre, I guess you get what you pay for.

Love the service here by Jason and the guys. Completely trust them with my car 100%. Never had an issue and I've never minded waiting either. Been coming for years and will be coming for future years too. They always ring me and tell me the price before carrying out. Which I don't mind at all.Friendly, professional staff and I'm glad they can all have a laugh in the office and in the garage too. Makes the atmosphere nicer.They've tended to at least 5 cars in my family now and none have them have had any issues. We get the service and MOT done here and book it in advance.

I recently visited Kwik Fit to address a rattling issue in my exhaust. I headed over to Wheatleyhall Road, where Jason provided exceptional service and promptly resolved the problem. I can't thank him enough for his expertise and professionalism. I wholeheartedly give Kwik Fit a well-deserved 5-star rating for their excellent service, and Jason's assistance was truly commendable.

Fantastic overall service starting from help and advice on the telephone for choosing which tyres, the price provided is very competitive. When arriving to Kwik Fit they are always on schedule and I feel very comfortable with my car being worked on by their technicians in their clean workshop. Would Highly Recommend

So on Monday evening as I left work in the gale force winds!! my car started making a terrible sound. I called in to Kwik Fit to see if they could help. The lads there put my car up on the ramp, and gave me a warm place to sit and wait. They mended the issue in minutes and had me back safely on the road home. A big thank you to them for making sure both myself and my car were safe again. It was very much appreciated.

We use this centre for everything we can get from them. The service is always èxcellent, and Jason who we deal with most, is always friendly and very helpful
