Terrible service. The receptionist spoke to me like I was dirt, when I tried to re book my appointment because I had covid. They charged me extra 20 pounds because I rang 23 hours notice and it should have been 24. Money making don't really care about the patient.

What's in a name? Is the rose smelling a bit off? Just got our letter about the NEW" company - Practice plan Group- increasing our fees by 15%. EXCEPT- it isn't a "NEW" company. It's the same people operating from the same office just a different wrapper!!"
