The website said this was the place to come to get my key done based on the reg, I even rang to check and was told I'd need to bring the key in. Drive 20 miles to instantly be told no we don't do that anymore and was told the nearest one would be another 22 miles away. Don't know why that couldn't have been figured out on the phone, or at least update the website. Waste of my time

I came in to get my son's watch repaired. I had been quoted for this job about three months ago. I was suprised that the man who served me remembered our conversation from my previous visit, even after all those weeks. He was polite and courteous and he did a great, and quick job. The staff are VERY rude and ill mannered. The price of a replacement battery in a watch costs more than the watch itself. It's easier, less costly and a much more pleasant experience to go into Argos and buy a new watch.

I had a key cut in a Bath but found it wouldn't work properly, so as I was closer to the Timpson based at Tesco in Paulton Bristol, I visited there.I have to say that the gentleman there was more than helpful, he offered to do what he could to ensure I got a key that would work.This gentleman kept to his word and after two visits to the Timpson at Tesco I had two replica keys that worked.
