I bought so many things and carelessly dropped a box of egg near the cashier this afternoon. Literally I think I should pay for the cleaning and the egg. However, the server in the cashier take another new one for me and said it’s ok. Thanks for their warm service! Really touched.

Terrible customer service first the assistant cancels my transaction at the self checkout because I had a coupon that wouldn’t scan. I went to customer services to ask them to help with the coupon that was valid for 15 mins only and the south Asian lady with glasses and ponytail tells me I have to wait until the voucher expires to use and just stood there looking at the voucher passing time for 15 mins my voucher expired and she did nothing and I had to put the items back. Rubbish customer service from both my interactions with the staff there would not come to this tesco again

I love shopping here. Great variety, free and easy. A mix of locals and students from around the world. I have shopped in this store ever since it was built. Canley is my neighbourhood. Nice people live in canley. The staff cant do enough for everyone.

What is the point in having a dedicated self checkout for those shopping with trolleys and then letting anyone with only a few items use these tills instead of the basket till area? The trolley section was established because of how busy the basket area is. Ridiculous

It's a shame that this Tesco doesn't stock its own brand of cherry cola,then I wouldn't have to go all the way to the Ricoh

Often, meal deals all sold out (particularly in the evenings onwards), and also often no baskets so I have to use a trolley or struggle to carry everything with my hands. Queues also very long they need more checkouts.
