took 2 phone calls to see when they were delivering and atleast 5 phone calls to have the skip taken away,even though we were assured they were going to collect they never turned up.Thought about charging them rent for the space it was taling up on my drive

Used Skip it yesterday to clear rubbish and house old materials. Skip arrived AM as promised and I indicated that I MIGHT be able to get the job completed within the day. Skip it called in the afternoon to see if i wanted it cleared that that same day. They arrived just after 3 pm, skip picked up and taken away from drive, job done, customer happy. Well done Skip it!

Scrap It Containers: This company will most likely eventually go bust. Our rating is no stars. Avoid at all costs, unless you don't mind being lied to and waiting weeks for replacements. The lying staff keep saying it'll be done tomorrow. We have been using them for around 11 years to supply in access of 10-15 skips per year and it all started to go down hill when they started their radio add campaign. This has had a huge adverse effect now as the customer service, deliveries and collections have collapsed. I've been threatening to cancel our skips with them for over a year now, but this week was the final straw after being left with 2 skips sat outside our warehouse for over 2 weeks now. I even phoned their staff and threatened to pull the plug if the manager didn't ring me back. He didn't have the backbone to call, so good bye and good riddance Skip It Containers. Avoid at ALL costs... pay a little more, but get a better service elsewhere!!!

Excellent service! Office staff were helpful on the phone and got my skip delivered out the same day. Delivery driver gave advice on how full the skip should be. Collected within 24 hours of calling. Would definitely use again.

Just about the worst ' service ' that I have ever experienced. The skip has been on my land for 17 days, obstructing entry to my private parking space. My advice to anyone who reads this is simply go to a different company. This one is simply horrific !

We have used Skip It for numerous years and never had any problems with them. Their staff have always been friendly, office staff and skip drivers. They always accommodate any special delivery arrangements we may have on our sites and nothing is ever too much trouble. Unreliable. Used council service to collect two sofas - they arrived and refused to collect and suggested that I saw them in half. My advice would be not to use this service, get a quote elsewhere.

Awful service consistently!We've used this company for about 7+ years now and week in week out their service seems to get worse and worse. Their pricing is initially competitive but the time it takes to get anything done is outrageous.It's not a one off and happens every single time.Wouldn't recommend Skip It at all, i'd simply rather walk 15miles to my nearest landfill, it would still be quicker and less stressful.
