Enchanted Kingdom Hereford

Wouldn’t even give 1 star, the owner was rude, argumentative and uncaring on the phone. We are in tier 3 and it’s illegal for us to travel meaning we aren’t in hope it stops the spread. However when explains this to the owner on the phone not only did he talk over me constantly and didn’t let me speak or explain, he was rude and argued with everything I did manage to say. We aren’t cancelling due to self isolating or because we have corona virus it’s because it’s illegal to travel outside of tiers! We’ve had a terrible year as it is with no only myself being made redundant before my mat leave with no pay but also my partner loosing his job so Christmas is already a hard one with out rude, obnoxious, insensitive people like the owner.... will never ever book again.

Would highly recommend this company. We an absolutely fantastic experience. Such friendly staff and the actress was so authentic. The children was completely enamoured with Princess Anna, especially the girls. Worth every penny.

Took our daughter to the frozen spectacular and it was amazing will be booking more performances look forward to the next show

Myself and my daughter had a fantastic time tonight seeing the grinch show. Cast and staff were absolutely amazing. Had a right laugh being abused by everyone's favourite meany lol. Can't wait till next year will definitely be coming back

Our party was absolutely amazing! My 3 year old daughter and her friends had a wonderful time. Great organisation, communication and a super team. Just magical!

Amazing experience start to finish. The Elsa performer was wonderful and made my daughters party. She was a brilliant singer and entertainer. Would recommend to anybody looking to book.

Took my son who loves the Grinch to this today ...had a fantastic time ...the staff friendly and the show was great ... Santa and Mrs Claus were lovely too .. my son enjoyed it and was really happy what his gift was ;) well worth the money .. thank you for a lovely time
