WeWork - Office Space & Coworking

Nice but noisy, wifi is not great either, my video call was breaking up a lot.

Building was good pre-covid but the upkeep has gone completely downhill, like they aren’t even trying anymore. Gates broken, elevators broken, escalators broken, coffee machines broken, water dispensers that take 5 minutes to fill a bottle, elevator keypads broken. And not broken for a day - Broken for months. Clearly pencil pushers are running the show now and a clear instruction has been given to slow down or don’t do any repairs. Also they have leased half the building to tiktok and oversold day passes so common spaces are crowded and shared meeting rooms and booths are almost always fully booked.

Packed offices, with no quiet zones. Dogs whimpering, super noisy everywhere with even screaming children at points.A super expensive nightmare if you’re trying to actually do some work.

Cool offices, with very own Barista on 1st floor and pool table on 7th and dog friendly! Down side is that meeting rooms are transparent and very poor sound insulation so get disturbed by sounds of people in meeting next door.

Arrived here for a meeting and waiting in reception/ the coffee area. I went to charge my laptop using a socket in reception and was told by the receptionist no charging was allowed ! Still trying to figure out if it’s wind up!!! Are they serious. A building full of tech companies and you can’t charge up waiting for a meeting… I travelled internationally. Know your clients needs WEWORK !!

Not the best WeWork due to it being packed and too noisy.This work space gets crowded very easily and it's difficult to find a quiet space because a lot of people take conference calls in the communal areas, desks and quiet room and WeWork doesn't do anything to encourage people to use phone booths.Even with phone booths there is no proper sound proofing, it's still very loud.Some days there are way too many dogs and that can also contribute to the busy loud environment.There's potential for this WeWork but there needs to be some sort of measures.The Wifi is also not perfect and can be a bit slow. The only benefit of this coworking space is the barista - he's very friendly and does really good hot drinks!

I was visiting from the USA and Davinya Cooper could not have been more helpful. She was great getting me set up with a confidential and urgent project. Her customer service and general approach was brilliant. Thanks Davinya...

Great location as they have done a lot of work modernising Paddington with Merchant square a real staandout. The WeWork office is great has everything one needs including good coffee on tap all the time...Good atmosphere and overall very well laid out from open spaces to custom rooms.

Very great WeWork.Very well located. Nice building.Many restaurants in this area. 5 min away from the rail station.

Could have easily been one of the best WeWorks in London for All Access. The only yet very major call is percentage of impolite people taking calls in the only officially quite area. Staff that is generally super nice and helpful is surprisingly unable to fix this minor issue. They are basically ignoring every piece of feedback
