Holly gives a truly personal experience in buying/selling a home, this made the experience much more relaxed but at the same time she wasn't afraid to put on the pressure when it was needed. That includes chasing us up to get things moving when needed. I would happily advise family and friends get in contact should they need Hollys services, much sooner than I would point them in the direction of other local businesses.

Where do we even begin?! Holly is amazing, a true gem. We decided to sell our house very spur of the moment and Holly was there. As soon as we met her, we just knew she was the one to sell our house. She was on the end of the phone to offer us advice about houses we wanted to buy and just kept us up to date on our sale. Our onward purchase was not straight forward but she held out hands through it and also kept our buyers in the loop. We will forever be grateful for Holly and we would never go anywhere else ❤️

I have absolutely no regrets signing up with Holly to be our estate agent. She is very professional and personable and I felt like we were working together to sell our house. She kept great communication throughout the process using emails, phone calls or WhatsApp to keep us up to date all the time (even sending us pictures of our cats when she came to do viewings). She kept us up to date with the market conditions, so we could make proactive decisions on when to remarket the property with new pictures or when to lower the price.We had a difficult time selling our house (as a lot of people have in these uncertain times) we had a buyer back out and another offer fall through due to them not being able to afford the offer they made. Holly persevered though it all, she remained positive and professional and got us through it! Holly and her team took some amazing photos of our house which really helped with the viewings and the ultimate price we sold our house for.If I ever sell a house again I will 100% be coming back to Holly!
