Absolutely amazing service from Vicky at Bay travel, she made booking a holiday so easy and ultimately chose me an amazing holiday. The hotel was the best I’ve been too and as far as passenger locator forms, tickets and any questions I had Vicky couldn’t do enough for us. Vicky is an absolute credit to Bay travel and I will definitely be making my future bookings with you.

After using Bay Travel for many years with a couple of minor hiccups along the way. This year I booked flight only to the USA, armed with all the information I went to book through Bay Travel, Unfortunately my instructions were not followed as I insisted on a refundable trip due to possible medical issues with the people who I was staying with. My friends had to go and look after their elderly parents in a different part of the country long term, I cancelled with over 2 months notice and was told no refund! I made it clear that it was requested at time of booking.I feel badly let down on this occasion, none of my requests were met and lost a considerable amount of money.

Brilliant travel agency. They have a personal touch, are knowledgeable and friendly. Danielle is amazing - can’t do enough to make a holiday booking as simple as possible, especially navigating all the Covid forms for each country.I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fabulous customer service. Danielle was extremely helpful and answered any questions immediately. It cost the same as online. We were possibly going to have to come home early. Jet2 we’re going to charge us full price for new flights and no refund (as it was a package holiday). Danielle got us a quote for just over £130 for 5 of us!! We never realised this would be the situation therefore we would definitely recommend booking through bay travel instead of direct. Thank you.

Great team, Vicky sorted all our travel needs and handled all the booking for us, also offered to be the point of contact for any issues during the holiday, even to contact our third party travel insurance in the event of an issue whilst we are abroad.
