They share their car park with a popular family run restaurant. Due to corporate greed, they have somehow had the terms and conditions of the car park changed so that you can only park there for one hour.They know most shoppers will easily complete their shopping by then but what of families who want to eat next door? It’s impossible to be seated, served and finished with your meal etc within an hour especially with children. They’ve effectively made sure that the car park is exclusively for them.

Good quality, and worthy of the extra cost most of the time! some items are way over priced and not of the standard expected, Aldi and Lidl easily compere with taste and quality, often half the price.

I also received a 100 pounds parking charge. I always used the parking only for shopping, but this time I also went for a quick coffee and the car was parked for just over an hour. After I received the parking charge I went back to see where the signs are. The signs are not obvious and the font is really tiny. The main one stating that it's private land and that T&Cs apply cannot be seen if you turn into the car park from Oxford Road. Well done M&S!

The store is ok but the car parking that you have given to a third party is shambles. Always get harassing letters in post for a ticket every time I go. You will definitely lose customers.

So disappointed, can't believe they would be so greedy, fine people if you stay more than hour in the car park. Definitely will not be shopping there anytime soon.

Rude staff . It was ten minutes before closing , no warning just a we are closed now. I was shopping for a very poorly elderly lady , who shopping I’d walked two miles to get .I understand they want to go home too, but surely a warning minutes before they will be closing soon would be to much to ask .I left about £30 worth of shopping .
