Excellent service from this taxi firm. Kind and friendly very helpful drivers. I took a cab from city hospital to Watford, the driver was very polite and presentable. I would recommend this firm to my family and friends.

Wow..i remember all falling out of Batchwood totally wasted jumping into a cabDelivered home and driver catching up with you next time you got a cab..Not sure about using this outfit again

Not very competitive in my opinion and the odd times I have used them they always end up charging more than quoted price( on the meter).Driver's hygiene could be better also!

30.05.23Just had a call from Abdul. Lovely customer service manner. He apologised and confirmed that isn't the normal charge and offered to refund the full amount. I asked only for the difference (not fair for full amount in this cost of living crisis). Bless him he gave me his mobile number if I ever needed a taxi from St Albans City hospital again. Lovely customer service skills.Just paid 57 pounds from st Albans hospital to west watford. Never have I paid anything close to this amount. Going from west watford to St Albans I was charged £22.50 by A1 taxis.Supposedly this driver has been to watford before usually to the hospital. If that was the case he should have driven here faster. He was exceptionally slow. If he ripped me off then he will pay in one way or another

Car broke down on the way to the airport, they arrived about 10mins after calling them on a Saturday evening and took us to Heathrow Airport with plenty of time to spare. Very friendly driver

Booked for an early morning taxi to catch a flight, no taxi showed up had to call other companies just made it in time. They wouldn't answer the phone at all either
