I would definitely recommend the musician academy to anyone whether you are old or young there are plenty of musical instruments that everyone can learn even if anyone who enjoys singing the musician academy have everything there for everybody the staff are so welcome and friendlyfrie

Would definitely recommend to any new people looking to start music, the ppl their are so nice and inviting and really take their time in helping you learn as this was very helpful as I was starting something new and was nervous at first but now really enjoying every lesson and my teacher is very patient and they have plenty of instruments for all defo recommend :).

Excellent Singing tuition for our son, we couldn't be happier. Fantastic location, and the whole team are so helpful. Thank you for all your expertise and for making singing so enjoyable!

My son (7 years old) has been taking drum lessons with Ryan for a few weeks now, all I can say is that he is an amazing teacher, my little boy has grown in confidence, has learned so much in such a short period of time and genuinely loves going for lessons. The safeguarding they have in place at the minute due to covid is also amazing, everything is very well presented, clean and guidelines are followed maticulously while still making the Learning environment fun and rexaled. I couldn't recommend a better place for anyone to learn music!! The passion shown by Ryan for his craft is genuinely amazing and refreshing. I would recommend anyone to use The Musician Academy 100%

What a sigh of relief when I witnessed the preparation and the opening of this great facility in Lisburn for musicians. This is an Academy for all musicians and it doesn't matter if you are a singer or or instrument player or you want to be any of these, you're covered. Some students like Rock music but there's always going to be those who like something else like Jazz, hip hop, etc. and what i can say is that you are all covered. I teach saxophones in the Academy but as a jazz graduate I almost teach or guide any instrument when it comes to theory, and performance. Improvisation (which is explained as composing on the spot from your head) is also taught.

I've been taking guitar lessons with Ryan Belshaw for a few years now. His knowledge, patience, dedication and sheer love for music is astounding and infectious. I got a merit at Grade 4 Rockshool thanks to his tutelage. I'm also doing adult band classes one evening a week and this is brilliant fun. It opens you up to learning how to play with other musicians, different styles of music and generally feel apart of making music rather than just learning as well as helping developing playing skills and knowledge. I can't recommend The Musician Academy highly enough.

I would highly recommend The Musician Academy. Ryan is a superb teacher with the patience of a saint and the talent of a rock god :) Great facilities where students get to play with others in a band - our teenage son has stuck at this like nothing else - and is the only thing that drags him away from screens. The private lessons are good value for what you get - really good mix of theory and playing from day one. Even after lockdown we decided to keep these virtual which works well and fits better with our schedule. My son also enrolled for the 4 day onsite music production workshops in the summer 2021 which he really enjoyed.

I would highly recommend Ryan and Jordan at ‘The Musician Academy’ for kids of all ages; Two of my kids have benefited enormously from their teaching, ability to relate to young people and their amazing musical abilities!

Our son joined Play in a Band with Musician Academy in May 2021, on the recommendation of a family friend. And what a recommendation it was. It is the BEST thing we have come across for teenage musicians, especially if they just want to enjoy their music without having to do grade exams. He has become more confident as a musician, learning lots of different genres of music and has made new friends. Ryan, Jordan and Max are such dedicated musicians and teachers and really bring the best out in their students - in a very relaxed, enjoyable environment, where their students are their main focus and their progress as musicians is key. We would highly recommend Musician Academy to any buddy musicians! You won't be disappointed!!

This place is fantastic. I'm learning the saxaphone and no spring chicken. Its never too late. They are very good with beginners any age. Very down to earth friendly. Highly recommend. Andile is very good teacher very patient. Ryan and Jordan are lovely.
