I placed my order over two weeks ago the payment was taken and I’m still waiting . I’ve emailed a few times and left a message on whats app and I’ve had no replies to any does anyone work there do they exist? I would like a refund.

Awful. No communication. They force the shop app on you, which is useless, and doesn't provide tracking information. That if course assumes they sent the item in question, which still hasn't been dispatched, after 10 days. They quote 1-2 days for dispatch and DPD 2 day delivery. No communication to say it might be later etc! I had to chase them. It was promised for saturday and still wasn't dispatched the following week. Oh, and they take payment on order, not dispatch, which is against the distance selling act. Poor service, poor communication systems and a poor company. I had to cancel and request a refund. Do yourself a favour, avoid the pain, avoid these jokers and buy from somewhere reputable.P.S. i'd add a delivery photo, but as they delivered nothing....

These are NOT scotch Bonnets these are clearly African peppers! The skin is thick and absolutely no fragrance of a bonnet whatsoever! Very annoyed and have queried my order and will be asking for a refund! Some of us know our chillies!RESPONSE* If you bothered to checking your inbox or your WhatsApp messages you would see I have already sent messages as soon as I received my package! No point offering a WhatsApp comms service if you just ignore them. Funny how you responded very quickly here though! I make my own Naga and scotch bonnet pickle and these 'scotch bonnets' are have neither the taste nor the fragrance of a bonnet. I can see from past reviews I am not the first to be disappointed by your 'certified bonnets'.

Pathetic service. I ordered some fresh chillis 2 and a half weeks ago and I’m still waiting on them to arrive (I paid for 2-3 days for dispatch then 1 day for delivery option) no correspondence as to why, until I contacted them when a week had passed and they apologised and said they would ship them out the next day. Another week passed and I contacted them again to be told the same thing. I’m still waiting 4 days later. Cowboys.

I have ordered a couple of times from here, great place for bulk orders. Although the delivery fee is quite expensive, the quality of the peppers they supply are really fantastic, all very fresh and peak ripeness. I've used the jalapenos and fireflame chillies to make separate fermented hot sauces. Both were excellent. I will be purchasing again in the future! Would recommend. Just wish the delivery fee wouldn't add nealy £5.50 on top of the price.

Defiantly worth buying fresh chillis from here, Tesco charges £2 for 3 bland lab chillis, I’m glad I can order proper chillis in reasonable bulk for a much lower price. Great for making your own hot sauce too

Chillies were advertised as in stock but after waiting 2 weeks with no update I chased and was told there was a delay. Doubt there would have been any updates if I never contacted them. Refund issued after 4 weeks.

Placed order 2 weeks ago and I am yet to receive my chillies. Called them 3 times over the phone and each time I was told that they have stock issues and they are expecting delivery to arrive the following day. Their website still shows the chillies in question as in stock, which is clearly not true. They take money from your account on order so no money and no chillies for me for 2 weeks now! Would never use them again and quite frankly I want a refund now as I have been messed around for too long!
