Fabulous service Sophie and Manisha were wonderful-I really wasn’t sure what I needed and they took the time to guide me into making a decision that I am more than happy with.They could not have been more helpful, and nothing was too much trouble! You should be proud of them both! Wonderful customer service - and that is a rare thing now!

Recently had a lovely carpet supplied and fitted by Carpetright in furniture village Crawley. Great selection in store and very much appreciated the help and guidance from Manisha Kurane to choose carpet, underlay and accessories for the bedroom Will certainly be returning for next carpet. Both times we have purchased flooring from this branch has been the most incredible service from start to finish. Sophie, the store manager, is so helpful and even remembered us from the first time and made us feel so welcome. A really personal experience. Able to choose the carpet, placed the order and paid with zero fuss; just hope the carpet is made available to collect in the next few days to enable it to be laid pre Xmas.
