My Dad had what we thought was dental pain and his dentist although blu infinity wasn’t the peebles practice but they seen him that day and transferred his care to them.From the minute we arrived to leaving I cannot praise the staff for their friendliness, care and attention. They all welcomed us, helping with doors etc making sure my dad got safely on the chair, the dentist explained what she was doing then called me in to explain too.Both me and my Dad both said on leaving we felt overwhelmed by the care he had received.Cannot thank you enough for your amazing card which is 10/10.

Most friendly staff. I was in absolutely in agony when I went to see the dentist. But the friendliness and the reassurance put me at easy. The dentist explained to me why I was having such pain in my teeth after she had X-rays them. She said I had a cracked tooth she was going see if she could serve it. But to be honest I just wanted the pain to go away. So I told her it wouldn’t bother me if she completely remove it. That’s when she removed it. The relief was just wow. Started feeling better straight away.Thank you so very much for help. I was in so much pain. I have also decided to stay at that practice. The friendliness is so inviting.Thank you very much.

I highly recommend this dentist In Peebles. I haven’t seen a dentist in about 5 years but do look after my teeth and did previously go twice a year for a long time. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The dentist Amy was absolutely amazing, great personality very knowledgeable very friendly and told me everything was fine with my teeth they just needed a good clean which she did and my teeth felt amazing after it. I really felt like I was talking to an old school friend.She also mentioned she could sand down a couple of teeth that had sharp edges so I was more than happy to get this done, again after it my front teeth are smooth and looking great. Thanks again Amy look forward to my check up in a year!Also the girl that was helping Amy was also really nice to chat with and very friendly.Kind regardsPete McHugh :)

Staff are very nice and do a good job but since the practice was sold it has become too commercial. Constantly being offered services I don't want/need and costs have gone up. Have changed practices

Pain-free extraction with the dental wand highly recommend this new device. However the equipment is only as good as it's operator, in this case Adele, amazing! Credit must also go to the excellent caring team at Peebles.

The team at Peebles are delightful, friendly and reassuring. Adele and Paige were considerate, calming and communicative throughout.Recent works at the practice have made the space bright and attractive.It is also lovely to see Carol back at the practice who adds to the local friendly environment and team.The transition handover of the practice seems to have gone smoothly.I am pleased with recent treatment which I have had carried out; communication on this has been good, options explained and quotes given in a professional and timely manner.

Having felt increasingly anxious about my dentistry visits, I was interested to meet Adelle and was hopeful for a positive experience. I was so pleasantly surprised and I cannot express the relief to be back in the dentist’s chair !I feel pretty confident that when treatment is required I’ll be fine under her care.Very chatty, but calm, engaging and honest about treatment.

We’re from out of town and my wife was able to get in with the helpfulness of the staff. The dentist and everyone made the process enjoyable, quick and painless!
