Excellent service and reasonable priced. Also, very helpful. I had a problem with NOX Sensor (Mercedes E-Class) most of the Mercedes garages said it is big and expensive job and it is difficult to get parts quickly. But star motor got the part within few days and replace while I was waiting (about half a hour). Well Done Star Motors.

Really good garage. The team helped me source a replacement part for my car and got everything resolved quickly. Will definitely go back in the near future.

Went a day late for my appointment. Slight miss communication, but the guys were very accommodating and still did the service on my car. Very good and professional outfit.

Had my car checked from Wayne's gate's harrow for engine noise they told me camshaft and timing chain and fixing cost was £3000. Booked my diagnosis appointment with star motor service Ltd it was long waiting time but trust me it's worth waiting even 1 month. The staff was so polite and friendly. They fixed my car very professionally and very efficiently. The staff knew their stuff. Most honest and professional team I have ever seen. Whilst I need to mention that their customer service has room for improvement, I have to give Star 5*- they were incredibly honest and not exploitative for money. Where other garages like Prestige and Mercedes were quite nice, however they quoted me far more complicated and expensive services- which is either dishonest or lacks knowledge, both of which aren’t good.Ian on the other hand was super honest and knowledgeable and this ended up saving me quite a bit of money!While I still think they could adapt a friendlier approach to clients (this stems from the fact that they are truly busy and desirable, which doesn’t let the off the hook!) I must mention their high quality and honest work!

Always good service. They deal with Mercedes cars every day so will know how to work on them efficiently. Book your service in advance because they've always got work. £322 for service and rear brake pads change on my C350, seems reasonable.

Poor service****Response to owner:I’ve never once used you for a diagnostic and then gone to a less equipped garage as you claim. The last time I got a diagnostic I used you to replace a knox sensor which is all in your records.The fact that I called you and was still willing to use your service would confirm this is a false accusation. You presumed I was a taxi driver and trying to pull a fast one and said they all do this.The truth is his staff over quoted me, when I did my own research on the part I found it over half the price cheaper from Mercedes garage, I questioned his staff member, he got rude and defensive. Let’s look at the facts Ian, I found the part for £22 and you said its a 1 hour job so £74.99 labour so do the maths, what did I offer, £100.00. Only offered because the guy wouldn’t give me an exact price. Look I tried to sort this out with you privately but your arrogance wouldn’t allow you to end the issue.We have been using this garage for over 10 years, poured countless thousands into this business and its all come to an end over a disputed £30.00. If they treat long serving customers like this imagine what they’ll do if you’re new to them, my advice stay away.

Phenomenal, hard to convey how knowledgeable these chaps are when it comes to Mercedes. They will not rip you off at all and can diagnose anything, even faults that other garages struggle with. Highly recommended.

Star Motor Service offer an excellent non franchised Mercedes service. I was astonished at the rates Mercedes dealers charge and was delighted to find this alternative route. Courtesy car is a bit of a health hazard, but well worth it!

Had a issue with the electrics on my car seat everyone I took it to told me get a new seat. Went to star motors and matey connected it to a computer and 5m later problem solved. Truly appreciate it lad.
