PCS Ayrshire Pet Crematorium

Lost our beautiful Springer spaniel last week and chose PCS Ayrshire pet crematorium as we wanted an individual cremation for our girl. I'm not really sure what we expected but we were really touched by the care and dignity given, especially at such a difficult time...Lesley was absolutely lovely and I found it touching that the beautiful canvas pictures on the walls, were pets of the staff...I would definitely recommend this place, its in beautiful countryside and we found the whole experience to be personal and comforting ❤️

Thankyou so much to Jane for going above and beyond today. Making the passing of my big boy that little bit easier. Treated with respect and compassion since arriving and also on collection a few hours later for my big handsome Cloud.

The staff were super lovely and gave us all the time we needed. We signed the memorial book and decide on what we wanted for our girl. The price was reasonable, however be prepared if you want a paw print or nose print these ate roughly £25 each which is ridiculously high for some ink and a piece of paper.

I had my dog cremated here and the box I got him back in was beautiful with a lovely flowers and certificate inside. I took my boy myself and the guy who was doing the cremation was very nice and the younger (she sounded younger) lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and made me feel at ease and couldn't do about to help me, the reason I have took a star off is because I had phoned another twice and spoke to another woman who's mannerism was quite brash and made what was a very difficult and upsetting time for me even harder. I would recommend here to people but would suggest maybe she could take customer service tips from the other woman.

My beloved boy was cremated at PCS Irvine 3 wks ago . My son and I wanted to say goodbye to him . Maxine The lovely receptionist explained the family room was closed however she offered us to come to the crematorium and we could be there at the end of his journey.She arranged for us to be there at the time of his cremation we knew the rules and were prepared to stay in car park . She was really kind and helpful. She called to tell us Khan was ready for collection . She presented him in a lovely box with wee flowers.Unfortunately the same can not be said about her manager Karen . She was very rude and unwelcoming . She abruptly told us we were the first visitors since March. She did not wear a mask, but was telling us about social distancing . She was very rude and showed no compassion. I would never recommend Irvine. Choose another crematorium with staff who show compassion to you and your beloved pet at a time when it’s the least you deserve .

Pcs dealt with sassy in a dignified way from start to finish , I can't recommend them enough , I will be forever grateful for taking care of my girl

My little fur baby was cremated here today. The girl who met us in reception was very nice and led us to the memorial room. She said we could take as long as we needed with out little one. The room itself is nice and the book of condolences was available to make tribute. On collection of the ashes the same girl presented us with a lovely little box containing the scatter pouch. Overall we are happy with the service we received. Thanks.

Totally professional service, every pet is treated with dignity and compassion. I have had 5 animals cremated with this company over 25yrs. Each time they have been more than helpful and always shown exceptional compassion at what is an incredibly sad time.
