Have been coming to Tina for years now. Tina is professional, creative, honest and a natural when it comes to what styles and colours suit you.All the staff are friendly and welcoming at Heaton Hair. Actually feels like a social event and not just a hair cut!!!Would highly recommend

I went here yesterday. I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year and a half, and I’m not from Lancaster so was really nervous to get my haircut and worried it wouldn’t turn out how I liked. Tina cut my hair and I can honestly say it was the best experience at a hair dressers I’ve ever had. From the minute I walked in the door to the second I left, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Tina was amazing and talked over everything of my haircut and listened to everything I said and made me feel amazing. Thank you so so much!!

Amazing experience at Heaton Hair! The salon is really pretty, and a nice relaxing environment with all the friendly staff. Helen helped me choose what was best for my hair, and talked me through everything she was going to do, and she was so gentle! After leaving my hair felt thicker and way shinier! Definitely going to come again!

As a student in Lancaster it is quite overwhelming choosing a new hairdressers as there are so many local hairdressers to choose from. My friend had recommended Heaton Hair to me & so I decided to give it a try... & I'm so pleased I did. It is absolutely fab, everyone is so talented and lovely. I have been back several times since and I have grown to completely trust Helen's opinion! She always seems to understand exactly what want & does such a wonderful job. I would 100% recommend Helen. I'm graduating this summer but I'll definitely be back to Lancaster for the hairdressers :)

I’ve been coming to Heaton Hair for a couple year (post Covid) as I’ve always been impressed with their cleanliness and attention to detail during the pandemic. Michael regularly cuts my hair. Listening to my requests and advising accordingly. My appointments have been on time. Well communicated in advance. Always happy with my haircut and overall experience of visiting Heaton Hair

I have been coming to Tina for around 18 years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She knows exactly what my hair needs and creates a look to perfection that I am 100% pleased with each and every time! The rest of the team are super-friendly too and the salon has such a warm and relaxing atmosphere too. Without fail, I leave having shared a good few laughs with all the team and look and feel a million dollars. I would absolutely recommend you give one of the team a try but Tina is my definite go-to!

I’ve been coming to Heaton Hair for several years now & come to Helen-Rose every time. Helen is simply the best & huge perfectionist. You never leave the salon unhappy! All the staff are lovely & welcoming and I’ll definitely be back again soon.
